PROGRAM

Day 1 : 10^th November 2011.
Transfer from Abu Dhabi International Airport (*) to the selected Hotel. Check-in and overnight stay. 

Day 2 : 11^th November 2011.
Transfer from the Hotel to the Formula 1 Circuit. Access to the Practice Laps 1 (13:00-14:00) and Practice Laps 2 (17:00-18:30). Return to Hotel.

Day 3 : 12^th November 2011.
Transfer from the Hotel to the Formula 1 Circuit. Access to the Practice Laps 3 (14:00-15:00) and Qualifying Laps (17:00). Return to Hotel.

Day 4 : 13^th November 2011.
Transfer from the Hotel to the Formula 1 Circuit. Access to the Race (17:00). Return to Hotel.

Day 5 : 14^th November 2011.
Day at Leisure. Choose among our Adds-On solution to make the most out of your Abu Dhabi stay! 

Day 6 : 15^thsup> November 2011.
Check-out and transfer to Abu Dhabi International Airport (*).

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Two ways private transfers from Abu Dhabi International Airport And return;
• No. 5 nights in double or twin room at selected hotel inclusive of breakfast and taxes; 
• No. 2 Entry tickets in Grandstand, South Club or 1^st Category package for three days at the Yas Marina Circuit;

PRICES:

All prices are quoted in American Dollars (USD). The prices are per person in sharing a double or twin room, net of taxes and breakfast, transfers as per the program and Formula 1 Entry Pass as per category selected. 

NOTES (*)

• In case the arrival is at Dubai International Airport, we can operate the two ways service transfer at a total extra cost of USD 220;
• On request we can include the air tickets;
• Grandstand (Main, North, West) tickets include 3 days access to the Circuit as per designated areas;
• South Club tickets include special seating area and access to an external lounge hosting selected and private Food & Beverage Outlets; 
• Category 1 tickets include special seating area, access to private indoor lounge were you can enjoy unlimited soft drinks and food throughout the day; a-la carte alcohol available in one of the two lounges;
• For the one that prefer to stay in Dubai, the price of the hotel already includes the transfer from / to Dubai;

NOTES (**)

• The Yas Island Rotana Hotel is only available in Twin occupancy, but you can avail of several club privileges such as:

• Lounge access;
• Express Check-in and Check-out;
• Breakfast served in the Lounge;
• Tea, coffee and selected beverages served in the Lounge;
• Evening Cocktail served in the Lounge;
• Complimentary High-speed Internet access in the Lounge;
